This Saturday it’s first team football at Culver Road, as we host Horsham YMCA – 3pm kick-off – turnstiles open 1:30pm.

With Storm Desmond looming, both sides will be pleased that the fixture is due to be held on the 3G surface at the SCFA Stadium, supporters & players of both sides will have to hope that the weather is not so severe that it poses a health & safety risk like some local matches have seen over the last week.

YM sit 11th in the table with 32 points from 26 games, whilst the Lancers remain top of the Premier Division table, with 58 points from 25 played.

Our last encounter in October saw both sides share the points at Gorings Mead, following a 2-2 draw with Fenton & Rhodes’ goals to make it 2-1 being distinguished by a 97th minute equaliser from former-yellow, Matt Daniel.

It will be another good test on home turf for Rouane’s side this weekend – any further news surrounding Storm Desmond will be announced on the day of the fixture. YM will be looking to bounce back from a 3-2 defeat away at Hassocks on Tuesday night.
