Lancing Football Club is pleased to have been awarded another annual grant of £500 from Lancing Parish Council to support our operations for the 20/21 season.

As a not-for-profit community football club, grants like this one are integral for us to continue the running and sustainable growth of nearly 20 senior & youth squads, providing an inclusive environment for all to enjoy football in.

Each year, Lancing Parish Council awards a total of £5000 to support charitable, voluntary and/or non-profit making organisations that benefit Lancing. LPC awarded this year grants of £500 to each of the following organisations:
  • Adur Special Needs Project
  • Air Ambulance
  • Cycall
  • Lancing Flower Club
  • Lancing Football Club
  • Lancing Traders Association
  • Men in Sheds
  • Sir Robert Woodard Academy Allotment Club
  • St Barnabas Hospice
  • Victim Support

“Thank-you to the Council and people of Lancing for their continued commitment to our community club.”

Committee member and Lancing Parish Council Representative, Geoff Patmore, was delighted that LPC have continued their support of the Lancers: “I am pleased that following the Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting in September, Lancing FC was once again in receipt of continued support from the Parish Council.”

“The work they do for our community, with nearly 20 teams and respected facilities at Culver Road and Monks Rec, is admirable. Thank-you to the Council and people of Lancing for their continued commitment to our community club.”
