It’s 4th vs 7th in the Isthmian League South East Division this Saturday not only that but it’s the first of our last 7 home games 

Last time out, it took Lancing right until the end to secure the three points away at Littlehampton in front of a crowd of 321 with a fantastic away support from the Lancing fans. Lukas Franzen-Jones scoring the winner in that game. Meanwhile Herne Bay are coming off of the back of a 3-0 defeat at their stadium where they lost last weekend to now 3rd place Sittingbourne.

Herne Bay were meant to play in the week away at Hythe but, with that game being postponed due to the weather, both teams have had a good rest and recovery period since their last game.

The last time we met at the reverse fixture back in October took Lancing started slowly and ended up losing that game 3-1 with Lukas Franzen-Jones scoring Lancing’s only goal in that fixture.
