This Saturday we take on Erith & Belvedere with a 3pm kick off at Culver Road

Lancing currently sit in 4th place on 52 points after 30 games and our play off fate still remains in our own hands as we enter the vital final 8 games. Our opponents are 19th, 4 points from safety, with 20 points from 29 games but, as we saw two weeks ago against Beckenham Town, those teams battling for survival are often at their most dangerous at this time of the season.

Our most recent clash was on January 14th – a rare Sunday outing for the Lancers – where we ran out 3-0 winners following goals from Charlie Pitcher, Harry Heath and Charlie Bennett. The opening goal from Charlie Pitcher was particularly special and we will hope for a repeat this Saturday

The current form guide shows the Lancers 11th with 8 points from the last six with Erith 17th with 4 points from the last 6 although that does include a win against Hythe and a draw against Herne Bay. Top scorers for Lancing are Lukas Franzen-Jones, who has now hit the 20 goal mark, and Charlie Bennett who is on 11. Chris Dickson is top scorer for the Deres with 9 and Josh Ajayi has 5
