Culver Chatter: Events, news and Away games arrangements
It’s eyes down at Culver Road tomorrow evening as our fortnightly Bingo event returns. Doors open at 7pm with eyes down at 7:45 with lots of fabulous prizes to be won and a way to start your weekend.
Then on Saturday it’s game day as we welcome East Grinstead to Culver Road with a 3pm kick off. Lancing currently sit 6th in the Isthmian League table 2 points behind Three Bridges so we need all of your support to be the 12th man and help us push towards victory. We will also be collecting seeds and bulbs for The Globe Primary school this weekend more information can be found on the website (Seeds and bulbs collection for The Globe this Saturday – Lancing FC). Finally on Saturday it is our Race Night with the first race being at 6:30pm in the bar straight after the game against East Grinstead and we aim to finish about 9:30pm. We have a minibus running to Sittingbourne (Saturday 13th April) and a coach to Hythe Town for the last 2 away games of the season (Saturday 27th April). If you are interested please message Barry on any of the club social media, email him (barrystgermain1@gmail.com) or alternatively speak to him in person at the game on Saturday. Please note that these will run on a first come first server basis so you best get your names down quickly if you are wanting to come on these away trips, especially with limited spaces.

This Saturday we welcome East Grinstead Town to Culver Road in our penultimate home game of the 23/24 season. East Grinstead currently sit in 17th in the league table. The last time we met was a 2-0 Lancers victory back in February with goals coming from Lukas Franzen-Jones (11′) and Charlie Bennett (54′) however the previous meeting at Culver Road was a 1-0 Grinstead win
