The second addition for the 24/25 season is Christian Justice who joins the Lancers coaching staff to support Jamie, Phil and Paul. Historically working with younger players, Christian has forged a reputation for his detailed approach to coaching which sees him work as a youth development phase coach at Worthing FC’s academy. Speaking about Christian’s arrival Jamie Hollis added;

‘Christian is a brilliant coach. I have known him for years and have always enjoyed how his teams play. We often share our game plans prior to kick off too. He is a really good guy and wants to do things in the same way that we do. I am thrilled to be able to give him the opportunity to work at this level and showcase his abilities.’
