LANCING: Rogers, Thompson, D.Hull, Briggs ⚽(73′), Meeres, Bull, Laing (capt), Bennett, Heath, Taggart, Scott ⚽(90+2′)

Beckenham took a lead with just 15 minutes gone. Lancing levelled by half time with Alex Laing’s effort being headed in by a Beckenham defender and looping over the keeper to make it 1-1.
In the second half Andrew Briggs with a powerful strike from 30 yards out sent the ball flying into the top corner. Knory Scott made it 3-1 in the 92nd minute. Beckenham pulled one back almost immediately. We held our nerve, however, as Beckenham pushed for an equaliser to gain a deserved 3 points.
Finally the referee blew the full time whistle and Lancing come home with 3 points on the road.
