Lancing Football Club are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our board of club officials as Commercial Manager.

The role would involve working to attract new partners & sponsors to the club, liaising with and supporting existing partners & sponsors, working with the social media manager to share news relating to sponsors, attending local networking events, and collaborating with our board of officials, such as ensuring that sponsors in matchday programmes are kept up to date, and reporting progress in our monthly committee meetings at Culver Road.

Lancing Football Club is an expanding community club in the heart of Lancing, with state-of-the-art facilities at the Sussex County FA Culver Road stadium, and a board of officials, management and coaches working tirelessly to grow a successful club, with over 18 youth & senior teams at present.

Our ethos is that we give as much back to our sponsors as possible, as many are local independent businesses – this includes using their services wherever possible, providing hospitality for them on matchdays, and ensuring that we invite them to an annual sponsors night in February, and annual presentation night at the end of the season.
