Rhodes and Louis will take the first team to The Dripping Pan on Saturday in a friendly scheduled due to both sides not having a league fixture (the Isthmian season gets underway next week).

Following Tuesday night’s 3-2 defeat to Hassocks after a 95th minute penalty against our favour at The Beacon, this will be an additional fixture for the squad to keep their momentum and ensure they are fully prepared ahead of next Tuesday’s SCFL fixture at home to Saltdean United. Up against the Isthmian Premier Rooks, it will be a good challenge for the young Lancers side.

In contrast to the Lancers, Lewes are yet to host fixtures with spectators yet – as such Saturday will see a reduced crowd capacity and will be a strictly ticket-only fixture.
