Lancing Football Club are looking to appoint a new management team for our Women’s squad ahead of the 21/22 campaign.

Introduced to our community club 3 season’s ago, the Women’s first team now compete in the SECWFL in Sussex, following promotion from the SCWGFL back in 2020.

All home matches are played at our state-of-the-art Culver Road stadium on a Sunday afternoon, and midweek training is also hosted on the 3G pitch.

This is a great opportunity for a voluntary manager, or management team, to join a growing community club, committed to diversity and development of local football.

The successful candidate will be committed to supporting the development of our squad, hold or be willing to take relevant FA coaching & first aid courses, and be invited to interview where relevant safeguarding and DBS requirements will also be discussed.
