All at Lancing FC would like to congratulate Wayne on his nomination, and subsequent shortlisting, in the Volunteer of the Year category, in the prestigious Active Sussex awards.

Previously manager of our Under-23 and Womens squads in previous seasons, Wayne has been a hugely valuable committee member on the senior board, and a hands-on volunteer and coach at fixtures for the first team squads.

Wayne was also recently recognised in the Sussex County FA McDonalds awards as Grassroots Coach of the Year. A truly humble, dedicated volunteer who deserves this recognition.

The intimate awards evening will take place on Thursday 25 November, where the winners of the five coveted awards will be announced.
