Club mascots will be allowed to accompany Lancing first team onto the pitch, but numbers may be restricted with ideal ages ranged between 5-11 years. Names must be advised to Lancing Football Club in advance and a Safeguarding Consent & Emergency Contact Form and Photo & Media Permission Form completed, otherwise they will not be able to take part.

All mascots must be accompanied by a responsible adult (ratio of min. 3:1). Access will be via the Main Turnstiles (accompanying adults are required to pay at the turnstile). 10 minutes prior to KO mascots should make their way to the front of the players tunnel and make themselves known to a member of staff. They will then accompany the players on to the field of play and the pre-match presentation, and have photographs taken with the team.

Once completed, the mascots must leave the pitch immediately, in order for the game to start, but must remain accompanied at all times.

Please note that Lancing Football Club take their safeguarding responsibilities seriously, and our security & facilities team will be on hand to ensure that mascots do not enter the tunnel area, and are therefore not exposed to unnecessary safeguarding-related risks. We request that parents/guardians assist us in ensuring that mascots are well-behaved and do not attempt to access restricted areas such as the tunnel & changing rooms. Thank you.
