Kick-off times & timings
For first team league fixtures, kick-off is 3pm on a Saturday and 7:45pm on a Tuesday night.
For cup matches on a Tuesday night, kick-off is usually 7:15pm to allow for extra-time & penalties with our floodlight time restrictions. Reminders of any earlier kick-off times will be given via social media before a match.
The kick-off times for our other squads can vary, and their league websites or our monthly magazine should be consulted for the most recent information.
We play at the home of the Sussex County FA, and as a local community club, 1 of 8 in Sussex, we take health & safety very seriously. All of the relevant fire & first aid regulations are in place for every match at Culver Road, and we have a dedicated, qualified Safety Manager & Safety Officer on the committee who are present on matchday’s in addition to our normal committee members – if you are unsure about anything, please contact us using the details provided here.
Our Safety Manager & Safety Officer are on hand during matches to provide security & assistance where required.
For our recent letter on matchday safety & rules, please consult a club letter here.
Fixtures are regularly added, deleted & re-scheduled via our website, with information released before matches via our social media channels.
We aim to provide fixture posters around the stadium noticeboards for those who cannot access the Internet, however we recommend you consult our website for the most up to date information. If you find a fixture has not been added or is incorrect, please contact Jack who will rectify this – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Players of both home & opposition teams must enter through the designated player’s entrance located at the centre of the car park. This is manned by a steward or committee member from 2 hours prior to kick-off, until 1 hour prior to kick-off. If you arrive late you must enter through the supporters turnstile as the players entrance will be shut 1 hour prior to kick-off.
During the match, committee members are on hand with stadium security passes to permit you entry to the changing rooms – we advise you do not wedge doors open. Only authorised players & coaches are permitted in the changing rooms.
Post-match food is served in the bar, which you can access through the hallway adjacent to the changing rooms. The players entrance to the car park will shut to ensure security of the facility, but you can exit to the car park, this just means you will have to re-enter the ground from the turnstile entrance.
If you need to report any incidents during or after one of our home matches, please see our Safety Manager or Safety Officer, or consult a committee member who are normally in club logo shirts. For anything relating to general safety issues you can consult one of our stewards or committee members or contact us using our general email. For specific matters we also have dedicated committee members available to contact via our officials/contacts page – this includes Mental Health (Barry), LGBTQ+ and Football v Homophobia (Jack), Disability/Women’s (Wayne), Safeguarding (Gloria/Jack) and further contact details for you to report any incidents to.
If an emergency occurs on a matchday, please contact the bar manager or any committee member.
In an emergency always call 999, however if a member is staff is directly on hand, ask them to place the call for a quicker response.
